I gave Joanne an approximate number of people, i.e. forty
persons, and a budget. She provided me with an innovative proposed menu for approval, which I accepted
in its entirety.
On
the day, Joanne arrived in plenty of time to prep and lay out. The fact that it was raining did not phase
her. We rearranged the inside furniture to accommodate all the dishes etc.
In summary the menu, presentation and serving were all excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Joanne’s services."
